Who we are
This site is operated by Subiaco Networks, based in California. Questions about this notice, including requests to see, correct or delete your information, can be sent through the inquiry form or to hello@subiaco.io.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter: name, company, work email, role, engagement type and message.
How it’s used
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to run that engagement. We don’t sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes and stores them on servers in the United States and records technical data such as your IP address. The company that hosts this site keeps standard access logs for security and operation. If you contact us from outside the United States, your submission is transferred to and handled in the United States.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
None. No cookies, analytics, ad pixels, maps, social embeds or third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a font service. Light or dark display follows your device’s own setting; nothing is stored.
Retention
We aim to delete inquiries that don’t lead to an engagement within 24 months. Engagement records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent through the inquiry form. We honor these requests for everyone, whether or not a privacy law requires it.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Please don’t send credentials or sensitive network details through the form.
